Paul Long is Vice President of Business Banking with Timberland Bank. Paul has been in banking for 19 years starting a week after his 16th birthday as a teller and raised in the ranks to a Branch Manager at the age of 18 and District Manager leading multiple bank branches at the age 21.
At the age of 25 Paul found his passion of working with Business owners. Since then he has built multiple banks small business banking divisions, written countless published articles about small business banking and has funded over 300 business loans so far over this career.
Paul has been a Tacoma Chamber member for over 6 years and strongly believes in the chamber mission and is is passionate about small business in the Tacoma area.
Paul graduated from Eastern Washington University and lives in the South Sound with his wife Stephanie and son Parker.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Oberlin College, Aaron began work in the corporate world, gaining appreciation for his ability to communicate, to innovate, and to find the opportunity for constructive change in every crisis.
Businesses and organizations large and small, public and private have used Aaron?s support to improve communication, increase innovation, and manage conflict on both coasts, even while he earned his MFA in Theater from UMASS.
Once, he thought his business work and his theater work were separate, but he?s learned since that they are one and the same.

Gwen is a catalyst, entrepreneur, and combiner of things. She is building bridges among entrepreneurial resources in Tacoma and working to make the South Sound the best place to grow business.
A life-long learner, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science, with an emphasis in ecology and sociology, and is currently working towards her MBA. There is never only one path through life, and her journey has taken her through many industries and across the United States and abroad to Nicaragua, Belize, Peru, Chile, and Australia.
With a passion for innovation, a formal training as a scientist, and endless curiosity about how things work, she has found that sometimes you have to step back from what you think you need in order to see the big picture. As an entrepreneur, Gwen has been involved in many start-ups and owner-operator endeavors. She believes in patience, flexibility, and support networks.
