Her career has centered on improving service delivery, optimizing customer communications, and implementing equitable, customer-focused technology solutions.

She served in communications and customer service roles for five King County Executives, most recently as Director of Customer Service, where she modernized the customer experience through CRM systems, cloud-based contact center platforms, and emerging technologies.
