Marshall is a Seattle-based Hip-Hop artist and youth mentor committed to community engagement. He creates festivals and events that uplift hip-hop culture while addressing social issues like race and poverty. Featured in TEDx Seattle and NPR, he organized a festival series over ten Fridays, showcasing 50 artists and 100 vendors with a team of 12. As a coach at Henry M. Jackson High School, he has mentored over 250 student-athletes, helping 25 secure college opportunities. Marshall blends mentorship and activism to inspire positive change in the community.

Teryn Reche, based in Tacoma, Washington, is a dynamic leader and musician reshaping the arts and business sectors. As the Interim CEO of ATR, she drives innovative solutions in the music industry, leveraging her background in Renaissance Studies from the Tacoma School of the Arts and six years of violin experience. Passionate about empowering young creatives and championing diversity, Teryn's venture, Above the Record, nurtures emerging talent and transforms the music landscape, making her a valuable asset for industry executives seeking fresh perspectives.

Jon Stockton serves as the president of our record label, bringing over 35 years of experience in the music industry. With a dynamic 20-year career in Promotions, Sales, and Marketing, he has worked alongside industry leaders like Russell Simmons and Lyor Cohen at Def Jam Records, and held key roles at So So Def/Columbia Records, RCA Records, Blackground Entertainment, and Bad Boy Entertainment.

His expertise in marketing ensures our brand resonates with our target audience, while his extensive knowledge allows us to develop effective promotional strategies. Jon has consulted for numerous major and indie labels across the country and boasts an impressive track record of over 50 Platinum and Gold music projects. As a driving force behind our marketing efforts, he crafts compelling campaigns that maximize artist visibility, positioning our label for success in a competitive landscape.
